If you're having trouble pairing your UNIT 1 Remote to any of our Devices (Smart Helmet or Smart Light), follow these steps:
1. Ensure Both Devices are Fully Charged
Make sure that both your Device and the UNIT 1 Remote are fully charged.
Tip: Watch this video to see how to access the charging port on the UNIT 1 remote.
2. Reset the Helmet to Factory Settings
Reset your Device to its default settings. How? By clicking on the power button 8 times quickly.
⚠️ Important: Ensure your Device is turned on before starting the reset.
3. Pair the Helmet with the UNIT 1 Remote
After resetting, try pairing the Device with the UNIT 1 remote again. To do so, turn on the Device and press and hold either button of the remote for 10 seconds.
