Return Policy


We believe you will love your UNIT 1 product. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from UNIT 1:

Return Window.

You have 30 calendar days to request a return or exchange from the date you received your order.

Eligibility.

Only items purchased directly from unit1gear.com can be returned to UNIT 1. UNIT 1 products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

Cost.

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.

However, for returns from the following countries, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, fees, or taxes: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, India, Italy, Japan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Romania, Taiwan, Ukraine, Vatican City.

If a return is lost and our prepaid return label was not used, the customer is responsible for the loss.

Item Conditions.

The item you're returning must be repackaged with all the accessories (pads, mounts, cords, etc.), tags, and documentation that were included when you received it.

Returns must be in new, unused condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging. Inserts can only be returned and restocked if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

Important: For products with rechargeable batteries (e.g., helmets), please ensure that they are fully charged before returning. Charge the item for at least 4 hours prior to sending it to the warehouse. Failure to do so may affect the eligibility of your return, as uncharged items may be incorrectly classified as defective. Inserts can only be returned and restocked if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Processing Timeline

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it does not get processed immediately.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the return or exchange to be processed after delivery.

  • β€œProcessed” means the item is inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions. Only after approval, your refund or replacement will be issued.

You will receive an update by email as soon as your return or exchange is processed.

Gift Cards.

UNIT 1 Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Return Process.

To submit a return request, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order in our return portal, located at returns.unit1gear.com.
