There are a few important things to keep in mind when exchanging a product you purchased online from UNIT 1:
Exchange Window.
You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility.
Only items purchased directly from unit1gear.com are eligible for exchange. UNIT 1 products bought from other retailers must be exchanged following those retailers' specific exchange and refund policies.
Cost.
We offer free shipping on all eligible exchanges.
However, for exchanges from the following countries, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, fees, or taxes: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, India, Japan, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Item Conditions
The item you're exchanging must be repackaged with all the accessories (pads, mounts, cords, etc.), tags, and documentation that were included when you received it.
Exchanges must be in new, unused condition, and we ask that they be exchanged in their original, intact packaging.
Replacement Availability
Replacement helmets are subject to availability and will be shipped to you once our warehouse confirms the receipt and condition of the exchanged product.
Exchange Process
To submit an exchange request, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order in our exchange portal, located at returns.unit1gear.com.
