I want to return my items for a refund

We're sorry to hear this, but we'll assist you through this smooth process anyway. You'll first need to submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address you used for your purchase at returns.unit1gear.com. For this step, we suggest you refer to our Return Policy beforehand to ensure your return meets our eligibility criteria.

Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they are in new condition, still in their original, intact packaging, we’ll refund the amount paid (including any taxes). The inspection process can take up to 5 business days after we receive your returned item.

Please note that any expedited shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items.
