How can I Change my Shipping or Billing Address?

Shipping Address Changes:

• Before Shipping: Email us at support@unit1gear.com to request a shipping address change if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
• After Shipping: Once shipped, we cannot update the address. Check your tracking email for carrier details to provide delivery instructions directly to them.

Billing Address Changes:

• No Changes Allowed: Billing addresses cannot be updated due to our fast processing times. Once an order is sent for packaging, all details are final.
