How do I perform a full factory reset on my AURA?

To fully reboot AURA, tap the power button eight times as demonstrated in the video below. Ensure your helmet is turned on during this process so it reboots as well (it should flash green once the reboot is complete).

Pro Tip: this is, hands down, the best troubleshooting for any problem you face with your AURA! 

⚠️ Warning: This will erase all custom settings, disconnect the app and any paired devices, and perform a factory reset. To reconnect, you will need to set everything up from scratch.
