How Do You Update Firmware on Your UNIT 1 App?

When a firmware update is available or if a new device requires an update, a prompt will appear. This indicates that one or more devices need updating. Simply press the prompt to begin the update.

If you dismissed the prompt or didn’t receive it:

1. Go to Profile > Device List to check for any devices needing updates.
2. Select the device marked for an update, press the red button, and the firmware update will begin.

Keep the app open and all devices in range throughout the update. Once complete, all devices should be up to date, with no alerts showing in the device list.
