At UNIT 1, we’re excited about our collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, bringing you a premium FARO helmet designed specifically for their eBike. However, we want to clarify some important details regarding its compatibility with UNIT 1 devices.

Is the Mercedes-Benz Helmet Compatible with UNIT 1 Accessories?

The UNIT 1 x Mercedes-Benz helmet can only be paired with the UNIT 1 Remote. It cannot be connected to other UNIT 1 accessories, such as external lights. However, the Mercedes-Benz helmet is compatible with UNIT 1 visors, allowing for additional eye protection.

⚠️ Important: When you purchase the Mercedes-Benz helmet, it comes with a visor included.

Can I Connect the Helmet to the UNIT 1 App?

Yes, you can connect the helmet to the UNIT 1 app to customize its built-in lighting. However, if you pair the Mercedes-Benz helmet with the app, you will not be able to connect any other UNIT 1 helmets or lights to the same account. This is an important detail for customers who own multiple UNIT 1 products.
