We offer a 30-day hassle-free return & refund policy for all products (except our U1 Bottle) purchased from UNIT 1 directly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories - and must arrive in perfect condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase once our warehouse confirms receipt (and condition) of the returned product.

Shipping Costs

For orders from the United States and all countries members of the European Union, UNIT 1 will cover all shipping costs associated with the return by providing the customers with prepaid return labels.

For orders from all countries outside of the US and the EU, the customer is responsible for returning the items, and UNIT 1 will not cover any shipping costs associated with the return.
