We’ll be happy (well, not too happy 😢, to be honest) to accept the return of your helmet, as long as you meet the requirements on our Return Policy.
If you'd like to initiate the return of your helmet, please follow the instructions below - according to where you placed your order from.
European Union & United States
- First of all, we need you to put the helmet (together with its accessories) inside its box. Once FARO is inside its box, make sure to put that box inside the shipping box. It’s very important that the ‘product’ box (the inner one) arrives without any visible damage.
- Secondly, we need you to fill out this form. After you’ve filled out the form, we’ll send you a prepaid return label - so that you can drop off the package at any Post Office to be sent back to us.
- Finally, after you send the helmet to us and once we receive it at our facilities (and inspect that everything is in perfect condition), we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method used during purchase.
United Kingdom & Rest of the World
- First of all, we need you to put the helmet (together with its accessories) inside its box. Once FARO is inside its box, make sure to put that box inside the shipping box. It’s very important that the ‘product’ box (the inner one) arrives without any visible damage.
- Secondly, we need you to fill out this form. After you’ve filled out the form, we’ll email you our return address so that you can have the package shipped back to us.
- Finally, after you send the helmet to us and once we receive it at our facilities (and inspect that everything is in perfect condition), we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method used during purchase.
