How can I return my order?

We strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to ensure a quick and smooth return and refund experience.

Prepare to Ship Your Return

Important: All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging, include all accessories, and arrive in perfect condition.

1. Choose a Shipping Box:

• Use the original shipping box if you still have it.
• If you don't have the original box, use another sturdy box.

Note: The product box must be placed inside another shipping box. We won’t accept returns if the product box is not properly protected.

2. Pack Your Items:

• Ensure the product is in its original packaging.
• Include everything inside (charging cable, safety instructions, product tags, helmet's brim, etc.).

Note: Please return only the specific items you wish to return. If you are only returning one product, do not send back all items.
