How can I return my order?

1. Prepare the items for return:

   • Pack the items in their original product box, including all accessories.
   • Place the product box inside the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is unavailable, use another sturdy box to protect the product box. Returns will not be accepted if the product box is not properly protected.

2. Complete the return form:

   • Visit our return portal and fill out the required details to initiate your return.

3. Ship the package back:

   • Print and attach the provided shipping label to the box, then send the package back to us.
