How to initiate an exchange?

To ensure a quick and smooth exchange process, follow these steps:

1. Prepare the items for exchange:

   • Pack the items in their original product box, including all accessories.
   • Place the product box inside the original shipping box. If unavailable, use another sturdy box to protect the product box. Exchanges will not be accepted if the product box is damaged or unprotected.

2. Complete the return form:

   • Go to our return portal and select the item you want to receive in exchange.

3. Ship the package back:

   • Print and paste the provided shipping label onto the shipping box.
   • Send the package back to us.

4. Receive your new item:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your new item will be shipped out automatically.
