How to initiate an exchange?

Follow these 3 simple steps below to ensure a quick and smooth exchange experience:

1. Pack the items you want to exchange:

• All product exchanges must be shipped back in their original product box, including all accessories that came inside.
• Place the product box inside the original shipping box if you still have it. If you don't have the original shipping box, use another sturdy box. We won’t accept exchanges if the product box is not properly protected.

2. Complete the return form here. Select the item you want to receive in exchange. 

3. Paste the shipping label on the shipping box and ship the package back! 

4. Once the returned item arrives, if everything is in good condition, the new item will ship out automatically.
