Shipping Address Changes
- Before shipping: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us here to request a shipping address change.
- After shipping: Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Use the tracking email to contact the carrier directly and provide updated delivery instructions if needed.
Billing Address Changes
Billing addresses cannot be updated due to our fast processing times. Once an order is sent for packaging, all details are final.
IMPORTANT: We might not be able to change the address, if we are outside business hours, or if there is peak demand in messages.
