Can I exchange my order for a different model?

Please note that we can only process exchanges for new sizes and colors of the same model. Unfortunately, we can't exchange your order for a different model directly.

Here's what you can do if you'd like a different model:

1. Submit a Return Request: Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order here.
2. Return Your Original Order: Once you've submitted the request, follow the instructions to return your original order. 
3. Place a New Order: Once your return has been checked, processed, and refunded, you can place a new order for your preferred model.

This way, you can easily get the model you want! 😊
