We can only process exchanges for new sizes and colors of the same model. Unfortunately, we’re unable to directly exchange your order for a different model.
If you’d like to switch to a different model, follow these steps:
- Submit a return request: Visit returns.unit1gear.com and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Return your original order: Follow the instructions provided after submitting your return request.
- Place a new order: Once your return is processed, and the refund is issued, you can place a new order for your preferred model.
