What if I don't have the original UNIT 1 box for my exchange?

Without the original packaging and all included items, we will not be able to process an exchange.

• Ensure Original Packaging: Place the product in its original packaging. 

• Include All Items: Make sure everything that comes with the product is included in the return/exchange.

Please exchange only the specific items you wish to exchange. If you are only exchanging one product, do not send back all items.
