Why hasn’t my return been processed?

The time to process a return depends on your location and the shipping time to our warehouse.

• Processing Time: Once your package arrives, it takes 5–7 business days to inspect the item and confirm its condition.
• Refund/Exchange: After confirmation, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
