Why hasn’t my return been processed?

The time to process a return depends on your location and the time it takes for the package to reach our warehouse.

• Processing time: Once your package arrives, it takes 5–7 business days for us to inspect the item and confirm its condition.
• Refund or exchange: After inspection, we process your refund or exchange within another 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
