What is the 'Crash Alert' feature?

While we hope you never need this feature, it’s there to protect you when it matters most.

Our Smart Helmets are designed to detect hard falls. If you’re unresponsive, the helmet will automatically call for help:

• A 60-second countdown (customizable) begins after a detected impact.
• If no response is detected, a text message with your location is sent to your emergency contact.
