When a firmware update is available:
A prompt will appear indicating one or more devices need an update. Press the prompt to begin the update.
If you dismissed the prompt or didn’t receive it:
Go to Profile > Device List in the app. Check for devices marked for updates. Select the device, press the red button, and the firmware update will start.
Important tips:
Keep the app open and all devices within range during the update. Once completed, all devices should be up to date, with no alerts remaining in the device list.
