If part of your order is missing, it may have been shipped separately.
We always ship from the nearest warehouse to get your items to you quickly. However, if an item is out of stock at the closest location, we’ll send it from another warehouse that has it in stock. This can lead to split shipments.
In that case, you’ll receive:
- Two separate emails
- Each with its own tracking number
The packages might arrive on different days, depending on the shipping origin.
