Objective:
Ensure all returns are correctly restocked to the designated warehouse, regardless of the original shipping location.
1. How to Determine the Correct Return Warehouse:
To identify where a return should be restocked:
- Go to Loop > Returns Management > Policy Settings > Return Policies
- Click on each region > Select Show Details
- Look under "Returning to" – this is the warehouse where the return must be restocked
Note:
Restocks must follow the "Returning to" field, not the original fulfillment warehouse. This update prevents misrouting, especially for locations like NextSmartShip, which do not handle restocks.
