Yes. The SPARKY helmet meets two of the most widely recognized international safety standards:

EN 1078 (EU Standard)

  • Helmets are dropped from ~1.5 meters
  • Impact speed: 5.42 m/s (19.5 km/h | 12.1 mph)
  • Tested for:
    • Impact absorption
    • Strap strength
    • Field of vision
  • Required for all bicycle helmets sold in Europe

CPSC 1203 (U.S. Standard)

  • Helmets are dropped from ~2.0 meters
  • Impact speed: 6.26 m/s (22.5 km/h | 14.0 mph)
  • Includes tests for higher-impact scenarios and penetration resistance
  • Mandatory for bike helmets sold in the U.S.
