What should I do if I have a defective or faulty item?


If you believe your item is defective or faulty, follow the steps below:

If your item is under warranty

Send an email here with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the problem (if possible)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the warranty process.

If your item is not under warranty

You can still contact us. We may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or offer repair or replacement options.
