What should I do if I have a defective or faulty item?


If you believe your item is defective or faulty, follow the steps below:

If your item is under warranty

Start by filling this form: Warranty Claim Form

The form usually takes around 3 minutes to complete, and it helps our Customer Experience team collect all the details we need to review and process your warranty request properly.

Once you submit the form, our team will review the information and get back to you within approximately 2–3 business days. 

If your item is not under warranty

You can still start by filling the Warranty Claim Form. We may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue, or offer repair, or replacement options. Just know, a full warranty replacement may not be the final outcome.
