How do I clean and store my NEON helmet?

To keep your NEON helmet in good condition, follow these care and storage tips:

Cleaning

1. Use water and a damp cloth to wipe off the outer shell.
2. For sticky or stubborn residue, you can use mild soap.
3. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the paint and surface finish.
4. The inner pads are removable and machine washable. Simply remove them, wash, let them dry completely, and place them back in the helmet.

Storing

If you plan to store your helmet for a long period:

1. Make sure the battery level is between 50% and 80% before storing.
2. Every two months, recharge it back to that same level to keep the battery healthy.
3. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
