How do I reset my NEON helmet?

To reset your NEON helmet, follow these steps:

1. Turn on your helmet: Make sure it’s powered on before starting the reset process.
2. On the power button, press it eight (8) times consecutively.
   • Count each press: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
3. After the eighth press, you will:
   • Hear a confirmation sound, and
   • See a green light appear on the helmet.

This indicates that the reset was successful.

Note: Resetting your helmet restores it to factory settings. After resetting, you’ll need to reconnect it to the NEON app and any other paired devices from scratch.
