How do I pair NEON with other devices?

To pair your NEON helmet with the remote and smart lights, follow these steps:

Setup

1. Start with all devices turned off (helmet, remote, and lights).
2. Turn all devices on by pressing and holding the power button on each.
   • Each device will show its battery level indicator when powered on.
3. Make sure all devices are within range of each other.

Note: After powering on, we have a 1-minute window for pairing.

Pairing process

1. Press and hold any button in the remote until lights start flashing.
2. Release the button once you see it flashing. You’ll should see yellow flashes across the devices; this means they’re syncing.
3. Wait about 5 seconds for the connection to finalize.
4. Once paired, your NEON system will:
   • Automatically activate brake lights when you slow down or stop.
   • Allow remote power control across all connected devices.

Remote Power

• To turn on/off all devices simultaneously: press and hold both buttons on the NEON remote.

• Make sure the devices are in range and moving for the remote control features to function correctly.
