If your SPARKY isn’t turning on, turning off unexpectedly, or not charging, please try the following:
First, use a different USB-C charger (it doesn’t have to be a UNIT 1 one) and make sure you’re plugging it into a direct power source like a wall outlet, not a computer or laptop. Then, perform a reset by following these steps. After resetting, connect it to charge again and leave it for at least 30 minutes before testing.
If it connects to the UNIT 1 App, check the battery level to confirm it matches your product’s usage and charging time.
Important: If your product has been left uncharged for more than a month, the lithium battery may have discharged too deeply. Lithium batteries slowly lose power when not used and can stop charging if left unused for too long. To prevent this, charge your product at least once a month.
If after all these steps your product still doesn’t turn on or charge, please contact our support team here and include a short video showing all the steps above — the charger used, how it’s plugged in, and any lights or indicators visible.
