The fitting system is not working


If your helmet’s fitting system isn’t working properly, please send a short video to our support team showing the issue. Let us know when the problem started, include your original order number, and the email associated with your purchase.

Before sending the video, make sure your helmet is still under warranty, as this allows us to replace the fitting system if needed.

For future use, remember to unwind the fitting system after each ride. Keeping it tightened during storage can create tension over time and may cause the mechanism to break.
