If you need to make a change to the shipping address associated with your return, you can do so as long as the return hasn’t been finalized or dropped off.
How to edit your return shipping address:
Visit our Returns Portal
Log in using your order number and email.
Find your active return and click “Edit” or “Update Shipping Address.”
Enter your new shipping details and save the changes.
