Can I cancel my return?

Yes, returns can be canceled directly through the Returns Portal, if they haven’t been shipped yet. 

How to cancel your return:

1. Go to our Returns Portal.

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Locate your return request.

4. Click “Cancel Return” and confirm your cancellation.
