How to Remove or Replace the Light in the NEON Helmet?


What You’ll Need

  • 1️⃣ Philips screwdriver (standard size)


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Helmet

  • Turn the helmet upside down to access the interior.

  • Gently move the straps out of the way so you can clearly see the MIPS system 

  • Locate the two screws embedded in the MIPS system near the rear light area.

2. Remove the Screws

  • Using the Philips screwdriver, carefully unscrew both screws from the inner side of the helmet.

  • Set the screws aside in a safe place, you’ll need them for reinstallation.

3. Remove the Light Unit

  • Once the screws are removed, the rear light component can be gently pulled out from the back of the helmet.

4. Install the New Light

  • Align the new light unit with the exterior part of the helmet.

  • Using the same screws, carefully screw the light back into place from the inside.

⚠️ Important:
Be careful not to damage the EPS system while using the screwdriver. Avoid applying excessive force.
