What do I need to know about Store Credit for Returns?

Please keep in mind the following terms for store credit:

• 🎁 Non-refundable: Store credit cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged for cash.

• 🔁 Returns with store credit: If you return an item bought with store credit, the value will be reissued as new store credit.

• 💳 Mixed payments: If you used both store credit and another payment method, refunds will be processed in this order:

  1. New store credit

  2. Original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)
