Yes. Connecting a compatible UNIT 1 helmet to your Bosch e-bike does not prevent you from using your UNIT 1 Remote or Smart Lights.
You can still add your Remote and Smart Lights to your UNIT 1 setup and use them alongside your helmet.
However, there is one important difference to be aware of:
Smart Lights do not connect directly to the Bosch bike.
This means that Turn Signal and Brake Light information coming from your Bosch system is sent to the compatible helmet, but it is not automatically sent to your additional UNIT 1 Smart Lights.
What does this mean while riding?
If your helmet is connected to your Bosch system:
Your compatible helmet can use the supported Bosch integration features.
You can still connect and use your UNIT 1 Remote.
You can still connect and use additional UNIT 1 Smart Lights.
Your Smart Lights will continue to work within the UNIT 1 ecosystem.
Your Smart Lights will not automatically copy the Turn Signal or Brake Light commands generated by your Bosch bike.
For example, if your Bosch system triggers a Brake Light event on your helmet, your additional Smart Lights will not automatically receive that same braking information from the bike.
The same applies to Turn Signal information coming from the Bosch system.
