Where is my refund?

Once we receive your returned items, it takes us up to 5 business days to process the return and issue your refund. We’ll send you an email once your refund is on its way.

Depending on how you paid, it may take a bit longer for the money to show up in your account:

• Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal: It can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
• UNIT 1 gift cards: Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours.
