How can I return a gift I received from UNIT 1?

To return a gift, follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request:

   • Go to returns.unit1gear.com.
   • Enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase (found on the packing slip).
   • Review our Return Policy to ensure the gift is eligible for return.

2. Return inspection:

   • Once we receive the item in new condition with its original, intact packaging, we’ll inspect it.
   • The inspection process can take up to 5 business days after receiving the item.

3. Refund details:

   • We’ll refund the amount paid, including taxes. However, expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
