How can I return a gift I received from UNIT 1?

1. Submit a Return Request:

   • Visit returns.unit1gear.com.
   • Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase (found on your packing slip).
   • Review our Return Policy to ensure eligibility before proceeding.

2. Return Inspection:

   • Once we receive your item in new condition with its original, intact packaging, we’ll inspect it.
   • The inspection process takes up to 5 business days after receiving the item.

3. Refund Details:

   • We’ll refund the amount paid, including taxes, but expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
