You can modify your order before it ships, but this option is only available for orders from the USA and the European Union. For other regions, changes are unfortunately not available.
Shipping times:
- USA Warehouse: Ships around 2 PM (Utah time).
- EU Warehouse: Ships around 1 PM (Netherlands time).
While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, adjustments may not be possible once your order is being processed. We do our best to catch and stop most cases in time, but it won't always work — especially if the order comes in on a Saturday, Sunday, overnight, or during a holiday, depending on the time zone. In those cases, it's possible we won’t be able to intercept it.
