Once your order is placed, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
However, we have a 60-minute after you placed your order window where we might be able to successfully change your address. But after that, our warehouse team is already getting your order ready for shipping and a change is definitely not possible.
If this is the case, then your best option is to contact the carrier directly to request a re-route. If they’re unable to update the address, your parcel will likely be returned to our warehouse after an unsuccessful delivery. There we can rearrange a second shipment. The customer will be responsible for the costs of this second shipment.
