Once your order is placed, changes to the delivery address are generally not possible.
However, there is a 60-minute window after placing your order where we may be able to update the address before the warehouse team begins preparing your shipment. After this window, changes are no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, you can:
- Contact the carrier directly to request a re-route.
- If the carrier cannot update the address, the package will likely be returned to our warehouse after an unsuccessful delivery. In this case, we can arrange a second shipment, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
