If you paid with a Digital Gift Card, you can initiate a return through our Returns Portal. Once the returned product is verified by our warehouse, we’ll issue you a new Digital Gift Card for the refunded amount.
If you used additional payment methods alongside the Gift Card, the amount paid beyond the Gift Card will be refunded to the original payment method.
