Warranty Period.
All UNIT 1 products are covered by a 1-year warranty worldwide. For customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Norway, the warranty period extends to 2 years in accordance with regional consumer protection laws. This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects or malfunctions, which will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
Eligibility.
Only products purchased directly from unit1gear.com qualify for this warranty. Products bought from third-party sellers or marketplaces are not eligible.
Warranty Exclusions.
This warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
Cosmetic damage not affecting product performance.
Each case will be individually evaluated by UNIT 1. If a repair is not feasible and a replacement is not available, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

Be safely and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
