What is Mips?

MIPS, or Multi-directional Impact Protection System, is an advanced safety technology designed to enhance a helmet’s performance during rotational impacts, which are the most common type of impacts in accidents. This system features a low-friction liner that can rotate slightly in any direction upon impact. By doing so, it absorbs some of the rotational energy, reducing the risk of brain injuries.

While helmets are inherently safe, MIPS adds an extra layer of protection, making them even more effective in protecting you during accidents. This innovative feature underscores a commitment to rider safety and injury prevention.
