We hope this never happens. But, if it does, FARO can help even after an accident: FARO can detect a hard fall and, should you be unresponsive, call for aid.

If you are not responsive after a 60 second (customizable) countdown, a text message with your location will be sent out to a pre-determined emergency contact.

Does the 'Fall Detection' feature work even with the lights off?

Yes. You can turn off all the helmet's lights and the Fall Detection feature will still stay active.

Do I need to set up Fall Detection before every ride?

Of course not! Fall Detection needs a one-time setup only. Also, as long as Fall Detection is not manually disabled, it'll remain active even with the App running in the background.
