Firstly, make sure to check the information on the tracking link. Usually, there's plenty of information there - and there's no need to fill out a claim with the carrier. Also, some orders are often left at a neighbors door, so we strongly advise that you check with them (or with the building manager, for example) to see if someone actually grabbed your package.
