The straps on your NEON helmet can move forwards, backwards, up, and down to achieve a perfect fit.
To adjust them:
- Make sure the divider sits just below your earlobes.
- The straps should not touch your neck or hang in front of your chin.
- To move the divider up or down, pull or push the straps gently.
- To move it forward, shorten the front strap.
- To move it backward, shorten the rear strap.
Once adjusted, the helmet should feel stable and balanced without extra slack.
