Your NEON helmet should feel snug but comfortable once properly adjusted.
When fitted correctly:
- The helmet should rest level on your head, not tilted forward or backward.
- It should stay secure when you move your head, without shifting.
- The fitting system should rest gently against the back of your neck.
- The straps should form a “V” shape just below your earlobes.
If the helmet feels loose or unstable, readjust the fitting system or the strap dividers.
