The strap divider (the small plastic piece under your ears) helps position the straps correctly for comfort and safety.
To adjust it:
- Move the divider up or down by gently sliding it along the straps.
- Adjust the front strap to move the divider forward.
- Adjust the rear strap to move it backward.
The divider should sit directly beneath your earlobes, forming a clean “V” shape. Make sure both sides are symmetrical before fastening the buckle.
