How do I update or change the information in my Safety ID?

If you need to update your Safety ID information, you can do it through the UNIT 1 App.

1. Open the UNIT 1 App.
2. Go to your NEON device → Safety ID.
3. Edit the fields you’d like to change (name, emergency contact, medical info, etc.).
4. Tap Transfer to NEON again.
5. Hold your helmet close to your phone to rewrite the data onto the NFC tag.

Your new information will replace the previous one on your helmet’s Safety ID.
