Where do you ship your products from?

United States: US orders are shipped directly from our Fulfillment Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. This means that sales tax, fees, and import duties are all included in the price.

Europe: Orders from the EU, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland are shipped directly from our Fulfillment Center in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

• For orders shipping to countries in the European Union, VAT, taxes, fees, and import duties are all included in the price.
• For Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland, local customs regulations apply.

United Kingdom: UK orders are shipped directly from our Fulfillment Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. For FARO helmets, VAT is 0%.

Canada: Canada orders are shipped directly from our Fulfillment Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Import fees may apply.

Important: If any or all items are out of stock at the nearest warehouse but available at another location, we will ship them from that warehouse instead.
