How do I turn on Daylight Sensor in the UNIT 1 App?

1. Add your helmet to the app

2. On the home screen, tap Daylight Sensor (if you don’t see it, drag up or tap the arrow).

3. Toggle ON to activate /  Toggle OFF to deactivate

4. You can also tap the icon to Toggle ON / OFF quickly.

What is Daylight Sensor?

Daylight Sensor automatically adjusts your helmet lights based on ambient light to help optimize battery life. When bright daylight is detected:

• The front light turns off
• The rear light stays on showing two red dots (to make sure features such as Crash Alert are still working)

Good to know

• It can continue working even if your phone disconnects during the ride
• To apply this behavior to Smart Lights, you’ll need a Remote
• Compatible with: AURA and FARO Helmets
• No subscription required
