Your lights change by themselves because you may have Rain Sensor or Daylight Sensor enabled. When these Sensors are ON and active, they temporarily override your selected Light Mode.
When these sensors are deactivated, your original Light Mode automatically returns.
If this isn’t what you want, simply turn the sensors OFF in the app by tapping their icon.
